  Robots are physical objects which a person can control. Robots are fun because you have full control over their actions; which are usually harmless (e.g. I love crashing my remote controlled cars / running them through obstacle courses). Also it is quite challenging to build them to achieve specific tasks (e.g. A robot that can climb a wall is a challenge I have not yet completed. I can help mom clear up the spider web using it sitting on my sofa 🙂 ).
