I’d like to be a Head of Section. Radiotherapy Physics is generally divided into Dosimetry, Treatment Planning, Machines&Equipment, Brachytherapy (internal radiotherapy), and sometimes IT&computing or Imaging.

I do a bit of everything at the moment and like the hands-on role I have, but I might like to specialise in Dosimetry, that’s measuring the radiation coming from the machines and making sure the performance and quality of treatment is optimal.

10 years is a very long time. To be honest I think I would like to head a company/own a company( If I am very very lucky) which does research in healthcare sector; making a difference in the society and improve lives of people.

I would like to be a Professor in my area with loads of money and phd students who work together with me in my area. I would also wish that many manufacturers of medical devices in the industry would have adopted my work to produce safer systems.
