There are just too many types to choose from! I think probably brie or camembert are really good. I recommend looking up some cheese-related jokes on google, they always cheer me up!

I LOVE CHEESE, brie, goats cheese, cheddar, gruyere, everything, but I think I’m going through a bit of a blue cheese obsession at the moment!

Reblochon – smells a bit funny, but tastes beautiful! Perfect melted on top of potatoes, onion and bacon, in a french style (tartiflette):

Hm.. I love Mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese on pasta. Yummy! So hungry now! But I don’t like the smelly ones.
