• Question: What is insanity?

      Insanity by definition is ‘not being sane’. This means unable to think rational thought and for the brain not to function normally, i.e. to be mentally ill. Just like diseases that affect the heart or liver, for example, the brain can be affected too, resulting in mental illness.

      I do not think I want to give you examples of insanity. But the best way to put it will be…Doing something that a normal person will never do knowing the risks involved in the activity which is usually life threatening in some sense.
