My computer and my colleagues / team help the most in my job. I make things on my computer and I discuss my ideas and innovations with colleagues to get feedback and direction

I think what helps me most in my job is a good knowledge of the physics background, and also the desire to help people. The fact that I get one with colleagues and enjoy what I’m doing is a huge benefit and i don’t think I could work somewhere I didn’t enjoy.

A good understanding of physics and medicine is really important, otherwise I’d be pretty useless at my job. Its also just as important to really want to help sick people, as thats the reason we work in a hospital
