• Question: what don't you like about you job?

      There is nothing in-particular that i dislike about my job. I sometimes get stuck with practical problems like failure of the machine or error in my programming; which is very irritating. Again, it is a part of my job which I take as a challenge and get over it by working hard.

      Eg. A few weeks back I was working on writing a program where I got stuck with an error. It took me a couple of days to solve the problem. The problem was that I had forgotten to put a “.” (dot) in the right place.To me that was really irritating as “dot” in the entire program wasted a lot of time.

      Like any job, there are boring bits that I’d rather not do but are still very important to have done correctly. Usually its stuff like paperwork, filing reports that nobody reads or even emptying the dishwasher! It makes all the interesting things much more fun though

      Erm, I think the thing I don’t like the most is that sometimes it can take a long time to change things. For example, if we have a good idea or build something new it can take absolutely ages to go through all the hoops to get so that idea or device is available to everyone…Or maybe I’m just really impatient!

      The only thing I don’t like really is my commute to and from work – I recommend to anyone to live as close as possible to work!

      Hm…sometimes after I have finished a very large study and I discovered that the result is totally different from what I expected I am wondering what is going on. During that time I scratch my head a lot until I figure it out….the only problem is all my hair is almost gone. 🙂
