      Yes milk is a rich source of natural calcium and he helps bones become stronger

      Yes, but its not as all important as people think. Humans actually find it hard to absorb the calcium from cows milk (especially if it is pasteurised) because cows milk is designed for calves! There are a lot more foods out there with far more calcium than milk, sesame seeds, nuts beans, and even oranges have far more calcuim!
