If a cure for cancer was discovered, do you think a more deadly infection/ disease will be created for the pill/

Question: If a cure for cancer was discovered, do you think a more deadly infection/ disease will be created for the pill/ vaccine for the cancer cure? if so do you think it would have been safer to just let cancer stay seeing as though it can be cured if its found early enough?

  I do not think someone would actually go through the trouble to create a more deadlier disease after the cure for cancer is found (unless its a terrorist)…and if so we will work hard and again find a cure. I would certainly want to cure cancer for good at any cost
