I try and get 7hrs or so a night, but it quite often doesn’t happen! I have to get up quite early to commute to work, so if I don’t get to bed early I get cranky!

I sleep alot…..I aim for about 8 hours but usually end up getting 6-7 hours of sleep minimum on the weekdays. However I cover up on the weekends when I sleep atleast 10 hrs 🙂

Depends on the day, usually about 7 but I’ve managed on 3-4 sometimes. I wouldn’t recommend that very often though!

In general, you are the best judge on how much sleep that you need a night: you need enough to feel okay throughout the day without falling asleep at your desk. Kids need more than adults, the UK average for an adult is about 7.5h a night. I need about 8.5h sleep a night to not be cranky the next day. Anyone who sleeps less then 6h a night is likely to start suffering from it during the day…you can’t think as well and tend to get more aggitated and argumentated
