Quite a bit, currently I’m working on a set of differential equations (you might have to google that bit!) that describe how a certain radioactive medicine distributes itself around the human body. A lot of the physics knowledge is in understanding and knowing how our scanners work, which is important to understand the images our scanners make

All of my work! In applied ways, physics and maths of interactions with particles with matter! It’s not always obvious, but it’s our job to understand the physics and maths behind the treatment we’re delivering!
