      Normal cells dived in two all the time. Cancer cells are basically normal cells that have not copied properly. Once this copy performs another copy, these cells are damaged too. Each damaged cell keeps copying (as cells always do) and this is how tumours grow. Some of them also grow their own blood supply so they can grow quicker
