• Question: how can cancer be spread and apart from lumps how do you tell the symptoms would be?

      The problem with cancer is that you can’t tell that you have it until it start to affect something else. Say for example you have a lung tumour, you won’t know you have it until you have a really bad cough, but you might not cough for many months after the cancer develops.
      It usually spreads through your bloodstream or through your lymph system (its like your blood but made from mainly water).

      Cancer spreads by transfer of bad cells to different parts of the organ/ body by the lymphatic circulation system(runs along the bones) or the blood. In some types of cancer types (like thyroid cancer) you see a few early symptoms like increase in certain chemical levels in the blood, rise in white blood cell (the body’s army/troops) count, sudden weight loss, etc
