• Question: hey guy, hope u all good , please could you tell me what the biggest personal achivement u have obtained whilst u have been in the job , and what is the biggest oppertunity youve had ?

      @ofwgta69, hiya, i’m great thanks. I think that the biggest achievement that i have made in my job so far is to get a PhD. I had to study for three years on one project, write it up and then be tested on it by senior scientists and researchers in that area. It was amazing to pass this and be able to call myself Dr Kemp! In my work, opportunities come up all of the time, you just have to notice and be able to take advantage of them. One of the biggest opportunities that i have had and continue to have, is to be able to change the way that we run some of our services for patients so that we can give better, high quality patient care.

      Hi I am doing fine. I think to be compete for a fully funded PhD project is the biggest opportunity that has come my way and to get selected for the position is the biggest achievement for me so far on the professional front. On the personal, I should say that I have made my parent and family proud by my achievements which is also a big achievement 🙂

      For me my biggest personal achievement was completing my Clinical Scientist training. It was the last step to a career that I had been wanting to do for 10 years, since high school!

      I also feel a great sense of achievement when I am invited to present my work at places, or I submit an abstract to present my work and it is accepted, and I have won a few prizes and awards for this!
