Thats a really hard question! Huge improvements have been made and many people do not die from conditions that they would never have survived even 50 years ago. We’re also getting very good at eradicating certain virus like smallpox and tuberculosis that killed lots of people. New virus will always come around – like SARS and bird-flu you might have heard of.
I don’t think we’ll ever be able to cure everything, but we will certainly be able to stop people dying of them and make their lives a lot more comfortable

If I were to become god one day…”Yes”

As we humans evolve so do other living organisms and things that cause disease. Fortunately we have/will been/be able to cure more diseases but unfortunately there will always be newer diseases which we will come across. Its a viscous cycle 🙁

Unfortunately, it seems that as we develop cures, new diseases are discovered or formed as stronger strands of previous develop. In an ideal world this would be possible, but I don’t think ALL illnesses will ever be cured…
