• Question: Do you think that your work is very complicated?

      To a lot of people yes, it might seem complicated! However, once you know what you’re doing and understand why you’re doing it, then it’s easy. A lot of people think physics is hard, but it’s easy if you know it! It’s the same with anything really, you do a lot of training until you are an expert. With our field though, we’re always learning because it’s constantly developing.

      I think my work is complicated as I try to translate the biology of tissues into mathematical equations taking into account the complex physics of radiations …..

      I wouldn’t say its very complicated, although its pretty specialised. Theres not a lot of people in the country who do what I do every day. Like every other profession though, it becomes easy when you’ve have good training and have been doing it a while.

      Nah, it’s easy! Really though, i’m in my job because i am able to solve things that other people can’t, so in that sense it probably is quite complicated.
